Level 3 Food Safety Supervising in Catering

This Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene Course is designed for supervisors and managers to help them understand their daily responsibilities and to ensure that food is safe, all the processes the food passes through from delivery, storage, production to despatch must match the same high standards and to oversee those standards.
