Who should complete a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety?

This Level 3 Food Hygiene Course has being written primarily for Supervisors and Managers in the Food Industry. The trainees that will undertake this course will have the following responsibilities:-


This course has not being divided into areas of Manufacture, Catering and Retail, as the systems of good supervisory practice cover all occupational areas.


What areas does the Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety cover?

This Level 3 Intermediate Food Hygiene Course has being designed specifically for Supervisors and Managers in the Food Industry, along with other senior staff. The course covers a very in depth syllabus, following the syllabi of the CIEH, (The Chartered Institure of Environmental Health) and the RSPH, T(he Royal Society for Public Health)

Assessment

The Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety Assessment will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete. The assessment is multiple choice and consists of 60 questions. These questons are randomly generated from a question bank of over 120 questions. To pass the assessment and gain your Level 3 Certificate you must achieve a score of 75%, 45 out of 60. If for any reason you fail the course we will provide you with a resit free of charge.
