It is very important that all people that handle food are fully trained to the correct standard no matter your nationality. Our Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing has now been translated into a fully on-line course for anyone that speaks Russian.
We understand the importance of external verification and auditing so, working in partnership with UK awarding body City and Guilds you or your company can have a certificate upon completion that can give you full piece of mind.
By its very nature, a level 2 Russian translation course is complex and has a comprehensive learning content. We always allow the trainee to view the learning content until they are thoroughly happy that they have understood the learning before taking the end assessment. The learning content of the course has a full Russian voiceover to aid the learning process.
We deliver training to Big Brand Media, ITV for Britain’s Best Dish.

The end assessment follows national standards. The 30 multi-choice questions (from a variable bank of 90 questions) cover all topics that are contained in the learning content. Candidates must achieve 20 correct answers to successfully obtain a City and Guilds accredited certificate.
The candidate will fill in a registration form at the start of the assessment, all these details will then be entered in the City and Guilds database for validation purposes if needed in the future. The assessment will be marked electronically and all test results recorded. The candidate has the option to print out their marked assessment completion. If pass mark in obtained the certificate will be issued and the trainee can print this out straight away. This is the simplest, most convenient way to achieve compliance.
