European HACCP system legislation became law in 2006 in the UK. HACCP stands for "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point". This is a system intended to protect the cleanliness, integrity and safety of food progressing through the various stages. As a food safety management system it identifies the critical control points where food safety probelms and hazards could arise.
Our Food Safety Training at levels 1 & 2, (formerly the Basic Food Hygiene), combines with HACCP to comply with the new Food Training Standards.

This course is the most cost effective way for your staff, or yourself as an individual, to achieve full compliance with regard to the new Food Safety Legislation. It can also act as a form of induction training prior to undertaking the Full Food Safety Level 2 in Manufacturing Award.
