Level 1 Food Safety Awareness for Manufacturing - Polish Translation - written to industry standards
European HACCP system legislation became law in 2006 in the UK. HACCP stands for "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point". This is a system intended to protect the cleanliness, integrity and safety of food progressing through the various stages. As a food safety management system it identifies the critical control points where food safety problems and hazards could arise.
Our Food Safety Training at levels 1 & 2, (formerly the Basic Food Hygiene), combines with HACCP to comply with the new Food Training Standards.
Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness for Manufacturing is intended for:
- New starters
- Individuals working in a manufacturing environment with low risk or packaged food
Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
The course has an introduction and eleven sections of learning. After each section there is an activity which is intended to help re-inforce the understanding and retention of the learning.
