The course is designed as a first level course for induction. The course covers the 4 main areas of food hygiene, thus making this training suitable for all.

The design function also allows the trainee to log out of the course half way through, and continue the course where they logged out another day. This is useful for busy production lines and flash orders!

With a course management feature for maintaining your records for audit. This allows the manager to setup up to 850 users per computer (depending on how many you have paid for) on the CD version. For peace of mind the manager can then log out and let the student log in with their own passwords... This will avoid sensitive information on your PC becoming available.
