Q9. Will the CD Version food hygiene training work on a MAC PC?
A9. No, the CD version Food Hygiene Training will only work on Windows 98 or above.

Q10. What are the minimum system requirements?
A10. It is recommended that the computer used for QFT e Learning is running at least: WINDOWS 98, INTERNET EXPLORER has 64mb RAM, a CDROM, SPEAKERS, PRINTER TO PRINT CERTIFICATE, 800 x 600 Minimum Screen Resolution. You will need to be logged in as an administrator in the first instance for the CD ROM only. You do not need Internet Access for the CD version. Please pass this test for the online version: http://www.skillpad.com/QFTNET/SysReq3.0/BrowserInfo.htm

Q11. Why can't I proceed/launch the next lesson?
A11. If you have logged out of your course and then tried to login again and the 'session in progress' pages appears, you will have a popup blocker installed. This can be in the form of a Google toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar or MSN toolbar. Alternatively Internet Explorer may have the popup blocker turned on. You will need to remove all popup blockers. Once this is done you should delete your cookies ('Internet tools' then 'Internet options'). You should now contact QFT who will then close your session allowing you to progress further.

Q12. Why can't I proceed/launch the next lesson?
A12. If you have completed the previous lesson and not viewed the final summary page for that lesson the programme will not allow you to launch the next lesson. Sometimes the lesson says it is complete, however if it says the lesson is complete and will not allow you to launch the next lesson you have not viewed the final summary page. To solve this issue you should simply retake the lesson making sure you view the final summary page.
